  • You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to your clients.

  • Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients in the mid-market segment within the DACH region, understanding their unique business challenges and digital transformation goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target accounts and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, articulating the value proposition of Contentsquare and tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing leaders, digital strategists, CX professionals, and IT decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to qualify inbound leads and generate outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Work in tandem with our Solutions Consulting team to provide in-depth technical expertise and support during the sales process.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless handover of new clients and to identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the digital analytics and customer experience space.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets through effective pipeline management and deal negotiation.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to management, demonstrating a clear understanding of your pipeline and potential revenue.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes, methodologies, and collateral.
  • Represent Contentsquare at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities within the DACH region.
  • Embrace a data-driven approach to sales, utilizing CRM tools and sales enablement platforms to track progress and identify areas for optimization.
  • Develop a deep expertise in Contentsquare's platform capabilities and its application across various industries and business use cases.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in SaaS sales, specifically within the mid-market segment, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a B2B enterprise software environment.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market landscape, business culture, and key industries.
  • Native or near-native fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
