  • • Serve as a French-fluent Mid-Market Account Executive responsible for full-cycle new logo acquisition in the EMEA region, targeting companies with 100–1,000 employees.
  • • Own the entire sales process from pipeline generation to closed-won deals, with a primary focus on winning competitive rip-and-replace opportunities for core HR and talent acquisition platforms.
  • • Self-source at least 50% of your pipeline through proactive outreach, research, and innovative prospecting methods, leveraging tools to maximize efficiency and personalization.
  • • Manage a concurrent pipeline of 12+ active opportunities, maintaining real-time CRM updates and ensuring accurate forecasting and internal operations.
  • • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific customer pain points, showcasing Ashby’s AI-assisted recruiting platform and advanced analytics capabilities.
  • • Navigate complex buying committees by engaging the right stakeholders to build consensus around strategic technology decisions in talent acquisition.
  • • Compete effectively in established and emerging markets using evangelical and competitive selling techniques, positioning Ashby as a superior alternative to legacy HR systems.
  • • Develop deep product and industry expertise to speak authoritatively with HR leaders, recruiters, and talent managers about hiring excellence and equitable candidate evaluation.
  • • Travel at least 25% of the time to meet with prospects, attend industry events, and support customer engagements across EMEA.
  • • Operate within a team-selling model, collaborating closely with Solutions Engineers and other internal partners while maintaining individual accountability for outcomes.
  • • Leverage a sales-led GTM motion with minimal reliance on marketing-generated leads; success is driven by outbound initiative, creativity, and persistence.
  • • Maintain a high standard of communication, asking precise questions and explaining complex platform features in simple, impactful terms.
  • • Consistently close $50,000+ ACV deals and demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding quotas in Mid-Market SaaS sales environments.
  • • Embrace a growth mindset, thriving in fast-paced, innovative environments where product differentiation and principled thinking drive performance.
  • • Reject rigid playbooks; instead, adapt strategies dynamically based on prospect needs, market conditions, and competitive dynamics.
  • • Reject lone-wolf behavior; actively contribute to team knowledge, share insights, and support collective success within a small, high-performing sales team.
  • • Operate with strong ownership, prioritizing thoughtful communication, integrity, and long-term customer value over short-term transactional wins.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of full-cycle closing experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing multiple $50,000+ ACV deals
  • • Experience selling complex platform technologies in a sales-led GTM motion within the EMEA region
  • • Ability to self-source >50% of pipeline through proactive outbound efforts
  • • Fluent written and verbal proficiency in both English and French
