📋 Description
- • Sell Abnormal AI cybersecurity solutions to Mid Market accounts (organizations with fewer than 3,000 mailboxes) within a defined territory to achieve and exceed annual recurring revenue quotas.
- • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation and deal closure for Mid Market customers.
- • Proactively generate new business opportunities through multiple channels including prospecting, marketing campaigns, referrals, and partner collaborations to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- • Engage with Mid Market prospects to qualify needs, demonstrate ROI-driven value, and navigate complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- • Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to identify and pursue timely renewal and expansion opportunities with existing customers.
- • Serve as the primary customer advocate within internal teams, including Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing, to ensure customer feedback informs product prioritization and sales enablement.
- • Execute a disciplined, repeatable sales process with strong time management and focus to consistently meet performance targets.
- • Gather and apply customer insights to refine sales strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall sales execution.
- • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage company environment with limited resources, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
- • Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts to support pipeline visibility and organizational planning.
- • Represent Abnormal AI with professionalism and deep product knowledge during all customer interactions, from discovery calls to contract signing.
