  • • Your primary objective will be to set our prospective clients up for long-term success, meticulously crafting each sale to align with their strategic goals. This involves engaging in high-level, strategic discussions with C-suite executives, conducting in-depth product demonstrations, and navigating the intricate details of client needs and solutions. You will excel at active listening, building robust trust, and gaining a profound understanding of what constitutes success for each individual client. Your ability to adeptly handle objections, collaboratively develop effective onboarding plans, and skillfully steer conversations towards a signed contract will be critical to your success.
  • • This role is designed for individuals who thrive on challenge and possess a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape. You will be responsible for running an effective sales cycle from end-to-end, encompassing prospecting, qualification, discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and closing. Your focus will be on mid-market accounts, where you will identify opportunities to showcase how Planhat can revolutionize their customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies. You will need to be comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders, from VPs of Customer Success and Sales to Chief Revenue Officers and other C-level executives.
  • • We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a proven track record in selling complex B2B SaaS products, ideally within fast-growing software companies. Experience in navigating competitive sales environments and a history of exceeding revenue targets are highly valued. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of Planhat's value proposition and how it can be applied to solve diverse business challenges across various industries.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of 5+ years in selling B2B SaaS products, with a strong preference for experience in fast-growing software companies.
  • • Demonstrated ability to run and own an effective sales cycle from prospecting to closing, engaging with VP and C-level executives.
  • • Strong commercial acumen, business development skills, and a deep understanding of SaaS sales methodologies.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior stakeholders.
  • • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong desire to exceed targets and contribute to team success.
  • • Experience in understanding customer pain points and crafting tailored solutions that drive business value.
