- • Own and manage a named account portfolio of mid-sized law firms and corporate/financial services clients across the UKI and Nordics regions.
- • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation, onboarding, expansion, and renewal.
- • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and consistent execution.
- • Conduct high-velocity, tailored product demonstrations and evaluations to showcase Harvey’s AI-powered platform to legal and professional services decision-makers.
- • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, practice heads, and operational users, to align Harvey’s solutions with their workflow challenges.
- • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value for non-technical audiences, emphasizing productivity gains and operational efficiency.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and legal teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development and refine solution positioning.
- • Develop and document scalable sales playbooks, battle cards, and customer success stories to enable team growth and consistent messaging.
- • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and accurately forecast sales performance metrics with transparency and precision.
- • Travel periodically to client offices and company locations for in-person meetings, demos, and relationship-building activities.
- • Contribute to shaping Harvey’s sales strategy by identifying market trends, competitive dynamics, and unmet customer needs in the legal and professional services sectors.
- • Actively champion Harvey’s core values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job’s Not Finished — acting with urgency, clarity, and relentless commitment to customer outcomes.
- • Demonstrate genuine passion for AI’s transformative potential in knowledge work, particularly in legal practice and professional services.
- • Independently lead multi-threaded sales processes involving diverse stakeholders across legal, IT, finance, and operations functions.
- • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- • Stay informed on industry developments in legal technology and AI adoption to position Harvey as a thought leader in the market.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions using a consultative, value-based sales methodology
- • Ability to independently manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure
- • Demonstrated experience managing a pipeline, forecasting accurately, and maintaining high CRM hygiene
- • Strong ability to communicate technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, especially in legal or professional services environments
- • Passion for Harvey’s mission and understanding of AI’s role in transforming knowledge work
- • Experience working in or adjacent to the legal industry is a plus but not required
