📋 Description
- • Sell Abnormal Security solutions to Mid Market accounts (<3k mailbox organizations) within a defined territory to overachieve new annual recurring revenue quota.
- • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract signing and post-sale expansion opportunities.
- • Prospect and generate new business opportunities using multiple channels including outbound prospecting, marketing leads, referrals, and partner referrals to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- • Engage with Mid Market customers from first contact through negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with their security needs and demonstrating ROI-driven value.
- • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to identify and pursue timely renewal and expansion opportunities with existing customers.
- • Serve as the primary customer advocate internally by providing feedback to Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to influence product prioritization and improve sales execution.
- • Navigate complex internal and customer buying processes to effectively move deals forward in a structured and disciplined manner.
- • Apply customer insights gathered during sales interactions to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall sales performance.
- • Operate with high discipline in pipeline management, time allocation, and execution of a repeatable sales process to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- • Thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage company environment with limited resources and high expectations for individual contribution.
- • Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue outcomes.
- • Maintain a hunter mindset focused on acquiring new customers and expanding Abnormal’s footprint in the Mid Market segment.
- • Demonstrate deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the ability to articulate their business impact to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Manage multiple deals simultaneously across varying stages of the sales funnel with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- • Leverage customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and internal product positioning.
