  • • UserEvidence is seeking a driven and results-oriented Mid-Market Account Executive (AE) to join our dynamic sales team, focusing exclusively on acquiring new business within a defined segment of high-growth B2B companies.
  • • As a Mid-Market AE, you will be the primary owner of the new business sales cycle, responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing deals with net-new logos.
  • • This role demands a disciplined and consultative approach to sales, requiring exceptional skills in pipeline generation, incisive discovery, and consistent, rigorous execution to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • • You will manage a portfolio of multiple active opportunities concurrently, maintaining a strong grasp on deal progression and ensuring consistent achievement of your quota.
  • • The product you will be selling is a comprehensive customer evidence platform designed to empower Go-To-Market (GTM) teams by transforming satisfied customers into powerful advocates and sales assets.
  • • This platform automates the critical processes of collecting, creating, and distributing third-party-verified customer proof, including compelling testimonials, quantifiable ROI data, valuable reference calls, and proactive advocate engagement.
  • • A key differentiator is the seamless embedding of this customer proof directly into the sales and marketing tools that teams already utilize daily, minimizing friction and maximizing impact.
  • • UserEvidence's mission is to bridge the "evidence gap" that frequently hinders deal progression and erodes customer trust, enabling vendors to demonstrably showcase their value and impact rather than merely stating it.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire new business sales cycle, from initial prospecting efforts through to successful deal closure, with a typical Annual Contract Value (ACV) ranging from $25,000 to $75,000.
  • • You will be instrumental in generating a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, working in close collaboration with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), while also effectively converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities.
  • • A core competency will be conducting thorough discovery calls that expertly link customer business pain points to tangible, measurable outcomes. This includes demonstrating improvements in win rates, accelerating pipeline velocity, enhancing competitive differentiation, and preparing customers for future expansion.
  • • You will need to develop strong relationships and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders across different departments, including Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and various customer-facing teams.
  • • Maintaining tight control over your deals will be paramount, utilizing methodologies like MEDDICC (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, Champion) and ensuring clear, actionable next steps are defined for every opportunity.
  • • Accurate forecasting of committed deals and the proactive identification and communication of potential risks are essential for team success and strategic planning.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Solutions Engineering teams to craft and deliver tailored product demonstrations and persuasive business cases that resonate with prospective clients.
  • • A consistent focus on building and maintaining a healthy pipeline, typically exceeding 2-3x your quota in pipeline coverage at Stage 2 or beyond, is critical for sustained success.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and a proven ability to articulate value propositions that address complex business challenges.
  • • You will be expected to embody UserEvidence's sales ethos, which emphasizes credibility, curiosity, and consistency over aggressive tactics, fostering a collaborative and customer-obsessed environment.
