- • Elliptic Enterprises Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Mid-Market Sales Executive to join our dynamic global sales team. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base across the Americas, driving profitable revenue growth, and exceeding ambitious sales targets. - • As a Mid-Market Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire sales cycle. This includes proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging in strategic prospecting, delivering compelling product demonstrations, crafting tailored proposals, skillfully negotiating terms, and ultimately closing deals. You will be instrumental in helping prospective customers understand how Elliptic can provide a scalable, efficient, and highly automated defense against sophisticated crypto crimes.
- • Your target market will encompass Enterprise businesses within the burgeoning Crypto and Financial Services sectors. This includes regional banks, innovative payment firms, and leading crypto-native companies. While you will be provided with a portfolio of predefined accounts to cultivate, a significant aspect of the role involves actively seeking out and identifying the next wave of ideal customers, demonstrating a true hunter mentality.

- • Key responsibilities will include:
- • Identifying and initiating engagement with Enterprise prospective accounts within your assigned territory.
- • Developing and executing scalable, strategic sales plans to acquire new logos and expand market penetration.
- • Showcasing Elliptic's product suite through tailored presentations and impactful demonstrations, clearly articulating how our solutions address specific customer pain points and challenges.
- • Managing all facets of commercial discussions, including the negotiation of contract terms and the finalization of sales agreements.
- • Attending and traveling to customer meetings, industry events, and conferences as required to build relationships and represent Elliptic.
- • Leveraging sales technologies such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant tools to drive efficiency, manage pipelines, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- • Consistently meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
- • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to provide valuable market feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our go-to-market strategies and product development for sustainable growth.
- • You will thrive in this role if you possess a strong understanding of the digital assets landscape or adjacent markets, ideally with an established network within the crypto community. A solid grasp of financial services, capital markets, and asset management sectors is highly advantageous. You are a natural hunter, a self-starter who is adaptable, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- • Your innate curiosity will drive you to independently explore and understand the 'why' behind customer needs and market dynamics. Experience with defined sales methodologies like MEDDICC or similar frameworks for deal management will be beneficial. You enjoy working with energy and pace, fostering team spirit, and cultivating unity and commitment, all while excelling in a remote-first work setting. A foundational understanding of complex B2B sales methodologies is essential.
- • Our ideal candidate brings a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Crypto, FinTech Sales, or SaaS sales, specifically within an outbound sales capacity. You have a proven, consistent track record of exceeding targets, building robust sales pipelines, and successfully winning large Enterprise accounts through a consultative, solution-selling approach. Experience selling into the Americas market is crucial, as is a substantial network of contacts within the Digital Asset space. You are adept at managing sales cycles ranging from 6 to 12 months, often involving complex RFI/RFP processes. You possess the ability to effectively engage and sell to C-suite executives and have a network that can facilitate introductions.
- • A strong work ethic, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset, is key. You are comfortable creating value in a less structured environment, demonstrating agility and resilience. A genuine passion for digital assets and the broader crypto economy is a must.
- • Bonus points will be awarded for candidates with a background in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) or compliance sales, particularly those selling to Fintech companies. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is also a significant advantage.

- • Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting targets, building pipeline, and winning customers through solution selling to large Enterprise accounts.
- • Experience selling into the Americas market and a large network of contacts in the Digital Asset space.
- • Understanding of complex B2B sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) and experience with sales cycles involving RFI/RFPs.
