Mid Product Manager - Aleno

📋 Description

• • Own the product lifecycle for Aleno, the first digital assistant for hotels and restaurants that bridges guests and hosts, personal service and AI, hospitality experts and tech innovators. You will be the voice of the customer inside a cross-functional squad that is redefining how the hospitality industry operates.
• • Act as the primary interface between the development team and external stakeholders—hotel managers, restaurant owners, front-desk staff, and end guests—collecting structured feedback and turning it into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics.
• • Run continuous discovery: interview users, analyse behavioural data, and map jobs-to-be-done to uncover unmet needs, then translate those insights into a coherent product vision and a sequenced backlog that balances quick wins with long-term strategic bets.
• • Craft and maintain a living product roadmap that aligns engineering capacity with business objectives, clearly communicating priorities to designers, developers, QA, and executive leadership while remaining flexible enough to pivot when market signals change.
• • Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management; ensure every ticket carries clear value hypotheses, success criteria, and traceability to OKRs so the team can ship with confidence and measure impact immediately after launch.
• • Design go-to-market strategies for every major release: define positioning, craft launch narratives, prepare enablement material for customer-facing teams, and set up beta programs that de-risk roll-outs while maximising early learning and reference customers.
• • Define and monitor KPIs such as activation rate, monthly active properties, upsell conversion, and guest satisfaction score; build dashboards that give the entire company real-time visibility into how product changes move the needle.
• • Collaborate tightly with UX/UI designers to ensure every screen, flow, and micro-interaction feels intuitive to both tech-savvy hotel staff and less-digital-native users, insisting on pixel-perfect execution and accessibility best practices.
• • Partner with engineering to balance technical debt, scalability, and new feature work; facilitate trade-off conversations that protect system health without stalling innovation, and champion a culture of incremental delivery and continuous deployment.
• • Evangelise the product internally and externally: host fortnightly demo days, speak at hospitality meetups, and occasionally represent Aleno at industry conferences, turning customer success stories into compelling narratives that fuel both sales and recruitment pipelines.
• • Contribute to a culture of experimentation by running A/B tests, multivariate tests, and concierge MVPs; use statistical rigour to decide what to scale, what to kill, and what to iterate, always tying results back to revenue and retention.
• • Mentor junior product analysts and associate PMs, sharing frameworks for prioritisation, customer interviewing, and data storytelling so the entire product organisation levels up together.
• • Work in a hybrid setup—one day per week in our Wrocław office, the rest remote—while staying highly responsive on Slack and Zoom between 10:00–15:00 CET to overlap with European hotel peak hours.
