Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Goodnotes’ B2B offering, from discovery and roadmap definition through launch and post-launch optimisation, ensuring every feature directly supports revenue growth and customer retention for enterprise, education, and SMB segments.
- • Translate complex market insights into a crystal-clear product vision that unites engineering, design, marketing, and sales around a single north-star metric: sustainable ARR expansion across schools, universities, and Fortune 500 companies adopting Goodnotes as their primary digital paper platform.
- • Run continuous discovery with CIOs, IT admins, teachers, and power users across 30+ countries, turning qualitative pain points into quantified opportunities and feeding a prioritised backlog that balances quick-win integrations (SSO, MDM, LMS connectors) with longer-term AI-driven collaboration features.
- • Define and monitor KPIs such as activation rate, seat expansion, NPS, and churn; present weekly dashboards to the exec team, rapidly iterating on experiments that move the needle—whether that’s a new admin dashboard, usage-based pricing tier, or AI handwriting-to-text accuracy improvement.
- • Partner tightly with engineering to scope epics, write PRDs, and run agile ceremonies; you’ll sit in sprint reviews, unblock technical debt decisions, and ensure GDPR, SOC-2, and WCAG compliance are baked into every release without slowing velocity.
- • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to craft positioning, competitive battle cards, and sales enablement assets; you’ll join key prospect calls, distill objections into roadmap items, and deliver roadmap webinars that turn skeptical procurement teams into enthusiastic champions.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation by launching beta programs with flagship customers like universities and global consulting firms, gathering telemetry and feedback to refine features before global roll-out, ensuring each release exceeds enterprise-grade security and scalability expectations.
- • Mentor associate PMs and interns, instituting best practices in user-story writing, A/B test design, and stakeholder communication, raising the overall product craft bar across the company during your 12-month contract.
- • Act as the voice of the B2B customer inside Goodnotes, escalating blockers, negotiating resource trade-offs, and celebrating wins that prove digital handwriting can be as powerful in the boardroom as it is in the classroom.
- • Deliver a convertible contract outcome: by month 12 you will have shipped at least three major B2B features, grown enterprise ARR by 30 %, and built a repeatable process for turning customer feedback into roadmap velocity—positioning yourself for a permanent leadership role.
