📋 Description

• • The BIM Manager at xAI Corporation serves as the primary advocate for Building Information Modeling and document control processes, ensuring high-quality, coordinated digital designs from design through construction while protecting owner interests and verifying design quality across multiple capital projects.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and enforcing BIM standards, leading interdisciplinary model coordination reviews to resolve clashes, acting as the owner’s point of contact for BIM matters, performing hands-on Revit drafting and modeling for MEP systems, managing central BIM repositories, conducting quality assurance checks, supporting project handover with as-built models, providing guidance on BIM tools, staying current with BIM technologies, and implementing document control procedures including document receipt, review, registration, distribution, and tracking.
