- • Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form cinematic video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs, ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
- • End-to-end ownership of AI video production workflows, including ideation, prompting, generation, editing, compositing, color correction, and final delivery using AI-first pipelines
- • Utilize emerging AI video generation tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar platforms to produce high-quality, stylized visual sequences
- • Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended narratives using advanced post-generation techniques
- • Integrate motion graphics and visual effects to enhance cinematic quality and ensure seamless final outputs
- • Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into production workflows and sharing insights with the content team
- • Collaborate with the Content Lead to align with creative direction while maintaining autonomy in technical execution and artistic decision-making
- • Refine and optimize video production workflows for efficiency, scalability, and consistent output quality across high-volume content cycles
- • Apply expert knowledge of AI image and video generation pipelines, including prompting strategies, batching, consistency control, and post-processing workflows
- • Edit and polish final videos using professional tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects or equivalent software
- • Work with uncensored AI models and produce explicit NSFW visual content as required by product needs
- • Continuously explore new AI capabilities and emerging creative workflows to push boundaries in AI-native storytelling
- • Contribute to the team’s collective knowledge by documenting best practices, sharing techniques, and improving team-wide standards for AI video production
- • Ensure all content adheres to EverAI’s ethical guidelines as enforced by the proprietary EverGuard moderation system
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work
- • Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar emerging platforms
- • Solid understanding of AI video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
- • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing and compositing tools
- • Ability to maintain character and scene continuity across AI-generated sequences
- • Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills
