- • Conceptualize narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs, ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
- • Own end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, compositing, and final delivery using tools such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse
- • Maintain strict character appearance, scene continuity, and stylistic consistency across extended AI-generated sequences using advanced generation and post-processing techniques
- • Integrate motion graphics, color correction, and visual effects using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools to polish and finalize cinematic outputs
- • Experiment rapidly with emerging AI video models and platforms, evaluate their quality and usability, and incorporate validated tools into production pipelines
- • Develop and refine AI prompting strategies for consistent, high-fidelity visual output, including batching, controlnets, and consistency-enhancing workflows
- • Collaborate with the Content Lead to align creative direction while operating with high autonomy in technical execution and artistic decisions
- • Produce stylized and explicit NSFW visual content in accordance with company guidelines and ethical boundaries governed by EverGuard
- • Continuously optimize production workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality, documenting best practices for team-wide adoption
- • Share knowledge and mentor peers by demonstrating new AI techniques, tool integrations, and editing methodologies across the content team
- • Maintain a portfolio of AI-driven video work that demonstrates expertise in generative video workflows, cinematic language, pacing, and visual storytelling
- • Work fully remotely with flexible hours, delivering high-quality content on tight iteration cycles with minimal supervision
- • Stay ahead of rapid advancements in AI video technology, proactively testing new models and adapting workflows to maintain industry-leading production standards
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work
- • Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar emerging platforms
- • Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
- • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools for final assembly and polish
- • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
- • Comfortable working with uncensored AI models and explicit adult content
