- • Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs, ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
- • Own end-to-end AI video production workflows—from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, compositing, and final delivery—using tools such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse
- • Maintain strict character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended sequences using advanced AI consistency techniques and post-production methods
- • Produce stylized and explicit NSFW visual content while adhering to company ethical guidelines governed by EverGuard, our proprietary AI moderation system
- • Integrate motion graphics, color correction, and visual effects using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools to achieve polished, cinematic final outputs
- • Rapidly experiment with emerging AI video models and tools, incorporating new capabilities into production pipelines and sharing technical insights with the creative team
- • Collaborate with the Content Lead to align creative direction while maintaining high autonomy in technical execution and artistic decision-making
- • Refine and optimize AI video workflows for efficiency, scalability, and consistent output quality across high-volume production needs
- • Apply advanced prompting techniques, batching, and post-processing methods to ensure high-fidelity generation results from AI video models
- • Continuously explore new AI capabilities in generative video, staying ahead of industry trends and integrating cutting-edge techniques into daily workflows
- • Work independently across all stages of production, from initial concept to final delivery, with minimal supervision and full ownership of creative outcomes
- • Communicate clearly and effectively in English to provide updates, receive feedback, and collaborate remotely with global team members
- • Adapt quickly to evolving tools, ambiguous requirements, and fast iteration cycles, testing, failing, refining, and improving content at pace
- • Contribute to team knowledge by documenting and sharing best practices in AI video generation, consistency control, and workflow automation
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a portfolio featuring AI-driven video work
- • Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar emerging platforms
- • Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
- • Proficiency in traditional editing tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly and polish
- • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
- • Comfortable working with uncensored AI models and explicit adult content (NSFW)
