- • Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs, ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
- • Own end-to-end AI video production workflows, from initial ideation and prompting to generation, editing, compositing, color correction, and final delivery using AI-first pipelines
- • Utilize cutting-edge AI video generation tools including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms to produce high-quality cinematic sequences
- • Maintain strict character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended video narratives using advanced AI consistency techniques and post-processing methods
- • Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading to deliver polished, cohesive final outputs that meet premium production standards
- • Rapidly experiment with new AI video models and tools, evaluate their performance, and integrate validated techniques into production workflows
- • Collaborate closely with the Content Lead to align with creative direction while operating with high autonomy in technical execution and creative decisions
- • Continuously refine and optimize AI video production workflows for scalability, efficiency, and output quality across increasing volumes of content
- • Produce stylized and explicit NSFW visual content in alignment with EverAI’s ethical guidelines governed by EverGuard, ensuring responsible and compliant output
- • Stay current with advancements in AI video generation, prompting strategies, batching techniques, and post-processing workflows to maintain industry-leading standards
- • Share knowledge and best practices with the broader content team, fostering collective growth in AI-native video creation
- • Work independently across all stages of production with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong ownership from concept to delivery
- • Adapt quickly to evolving tools and creative feedback, embracing rapid iteration cycles to improve output quality and turnaround times
- • Maintain a portfolio demonstrating proven expertise in AI-driven video creation, including examples of long-form, narrative-based sequences with consistent character rendering
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio featuring AI-driven video work
- • Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar emerging platforms
- • Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency control, and post-processing
- • Proficiency in traditional editing tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly and polish
- • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
- • Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills
