📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and intellectual properties
• Execute end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, compositing, color correction, and final delivery using tools such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse
• Maintain strict visual continuity of character appearance, style, and scene consistency across extended AI-generated sequences using advanced post-generation techniques
• Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading to ensure cohesive, cinematic quality in final outputs
• Experiment rapidly with emerging AI video models and tools, evaluate their performance, and incorporate viable innovations into established production pipelines
• Collaborate with the Content Lead to align creative direction while operating with high autonomy in technical execution and artistic decision-making
• Develop and refine efficient, scalable workflows that optimize output quality, reduce generation time, and improve consistency across large-volume video production
• Work with uncensored AI models to produce explicit NSFW visual content that meets product requirements while maintaining narrative and aesthetic integrity
• Stay current with advancements in AI video generation, prompting strategies, batching techniques, and post-processing methods to continually elevate production standards
• Share knowledge and best practices with the broader content team through documentation, feedback, and collaborative reviews
• Utilize industry-standard editing software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly, refinement, and polish of AI-generated sequences
• Adapt creative approaches to meet evolving product needs, seasonal campaigns, and user engagement goals
• Balance rapid iteration cycles with attention to detail, testing multiple variants, learning from failures, and improving output with each cycle
• Maintain a self-driven, curious mindset to explore new AI capabilities, unconventional workflows, and alternative creative techniques
• Contribute to iterative feedback loops with the content and AI teams to enhance character consistency, storytelling impact, and technical feasibility

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio featuring AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing and compositing software
• Ability to maintain character and scene continuity across AI-generated sequences
• Comfortable working with uncensored AI models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
