- • Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form cinematic video content based on existing AI character IPs, ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence throughout
- • Lead end-to-end AI video production workflows from initial ideation and prompting through generation, editing, compositing, and final delivery using proprietary and emerging generative AI platforms
- • Operate advanced AI video tools including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging models to produce high-quality, stylistically consistent visual sequences
- • Maintain precise character appearance, costume, environment, and scene continuity across extended narratives using advanced prompting, batching, and post-generation refinement techniques
- • Integrate motion graphics, color correction, and visual effects using industry-standard tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects to deliver polished, cinema-quality final outputs
- • Rapidly experiment with new AI video models, tools, and techniques, incorporating validated innovations into production pipelines and sharing key insights with the creative team
- • Independently manage technical and creative decision-making within the scope of assigned projects while aligning with the Content Lead’s strategic vision
- • Optimize video production workflows for scalability, efficiency, and output quality, reducing iteration time while preserving artistic integrity
- • Work with uncensored AI models and create explicit NSFW visuals, maintaining professional standards and adherence to ethical guidelines governed by EverGuard
- • Continuously refine AI prompting strategies to achieve consistent character rendering, temporal motion coherence, and aesthetic alignment across multiple video segments
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure video content supports product growth, user engagement, and brand identity across global markets
- • Stay current with advancements in AI-generated video technology, evaluating new platforms and capabilities for adoption into production workflows
- • Deliver high-volume content under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards in a fast-paced, remote, AI-first environment
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work
- • Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging generative video platforms
- • Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
- • Proficiency in traditional video editing software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly and polish
- • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, cinematic language, pacing, and composition
- • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
