- • Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered on EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs, with strong emphasis on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
- • Own end-to-end AI video production workflows, including ideation, prompting, generation, editing, compositing, color correction, and final delivery using AI-first pipelines
- • Utilize cutting-edge AI video models such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse to produce high-quality, stylized visual sequences with consistent character appearance and scene continuity
- • Integrate motion graphics, graphic design elements, and advanced post-production techniques in tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects to polish final outputs
- • Maintain strict visual and narrative consistency across extended sequences in AI-generated content using advanced prompting, batching, and post-processing techniques
- • Rapidly experiment with emerging AI video tools and techniques, evaluate their efficacy, and incorporate successful innovations into team workflows
- • Collaborate with the Content Lead to align creative direction while maintaining autonomy in technical execution, decision-making, and workflow optimization
- • Continuously refine production workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and output quality while adhering to EverGuard’s ethical and safety standards
- • Produce content that includes stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, requiring comfort and professionalism in handling uncensored AI models and adult-themed material
- • Actively share knowledge and best practices with the team, contributing to collective growth in AI video production capabilities
- • Stay current on advancements in generative video technology, including LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, and AUTOMATIC1111 tooling
- • Apply expertise in visual storytelling, cinematic language, pacing, and composition to create emotionally resonant and visually compelling content
- • Work independently with high ownership, iterating quickly from concept to delivery through testing, feedback, and refinement cycles
- • Operate in a fully remote, high-velocity environment requiring strong self-direction, adaptability, and communication skills in fluent English
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a portfolio featuring AI-driven video work
- • Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms
- • Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
- • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools for final assembly and polish
- • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
- • Comfortable working with uncensored AI models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
