📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs, with strong emphasis on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual continuity.
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows, including ideation, prompting, generation, editing, compositing, color correction, and final delivery using tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging AI video platforms.
• Maintain consistent character appearance, scene styling, and visual coherence across extended video sequences using advanced AI generation and post-processing techniques.
• Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and post-production polish using industry-standard tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects to deliver cinematic, high-quality outputs.
• Experiment rapidly with new AI video models, tools, and techniques, rapidly testing, iterating, and incorporating successful innovations into official production pipelines.
• Collaborate with the Content Lead to align with creative direction while maintaining full autonomy in technical execution and workflow decisions.
• Continuously refine and optimize AI video production workflows for scalability, efficiency, and output quality across high-volume content demands.
• Create stylized and explicit NSFW visual content in alignment with EverAI’s ethical guidelines, governed by the proprietary EverGuard moderation system.
• Develop and document standardized prompting strategies, batching techniques, and consistency workflows tailored to AI video generation platforms.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the creative team to elevate collective proficiency in AI-native video production.
• Adapt quickly to evolving AI tools and industry trends, staying at the forefront of generative video technology and applying insights to real-time production needs.
• Deliver high-fidelity video content on tight iteration cycles, balancing creative vision with technical constraints and production timelines.
• Maintain strict adherence to brand visual language while innovating within the constraints of AI-generated imagery and motion.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of projects from initial concept to final delivery.
• Contribute to the evolution of EverAI’s AI cinematic style by proposing and implementing novel visual approaches grounded in emerging generative technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools for final assembly and polish
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, cinematic language, pacing, and composition
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills
