📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs, ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence throughout each piece
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows, from initial ideation and prompting to generation, editing, compositing, color correction, and final delivery using tools like Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse
• Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended video sequences using advanced AI generation techniques and post-production methods
• Utilize traditional video editing software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly, polish, and integration of motion graphics and visual effects
• Experiment rapidly with emerging AI video models and tools, incorporating new technologies into production pipelines and sharing learnings with the content team
• Develop and refine efficient, scalable workflows that maximize output quality while minimizing production time and resource waste
• Create stylized and explicit NSFW visuals aligned with product needs, ensuring all content adheres to internal ethical guidelines governed by EverGuard
• Collaborate with the Content Lead to interpret creative direction while maintaining autonomy in technical execution and artistic decision-making
• Continuously test, iterate, and improve upon AI-generated outputs through iterative prompting, batching, and post-processing techniques to achieve cinematic quality
• Integrate AI-generated imagery and video sequences with motion design elements to ensure cohesive, high-fidelity final outputs
• Stay current with advancements in generative video technology, including LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning, and platforms like Stable Diffusion and ComfyUI, applying insights to enhance production quality
• Deliver content on tight deadlines within fast-paced, high-velocity environments that demand rapid iteration, adaptability, and creative problem-solving
• Maintain clear documentation and organization of assets, prompts, and workflows to enable team-wide reuse and scalability
• Work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of projects from concept to completion while aligning with brand tone, character design, and product vision
• Communicate effectively in English to provide updates, receive feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional team members across time zones
• Contribute to a culture of radical creativity, continuous learning, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing within a globally distributed, elite remote team

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio featuring AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging generative models
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools for final editing and polishing
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
