📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs, ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation and prompting through generation, editing, compositing, and final delivery using cutting-edge generative video tools such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse
• Maintain strict character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended AI-generated sequences using advanced prompting and post-generation techniques
• Utilize traditional editing and motion graphics tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly, color correction, and polish of AI-generated footage
• Experiment rapidly with emerging AI video models and platforms, integrating new tools into production pipelines and sharing insights with the creative team
• Produce visually compelling content that includes stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, adhering to creative direction while maintaining technical and artistic integrity
• Develop and optimize scalable workflows for efficiency, consistency, and high-quality output across high-volume content demands
• Collaborate with the Content Lead to align creative vision while operating with significant autonomy in technical execution and artistic decision-making
• Continuously refine AI prompting strategies, batching methods, and post-processing techniques to enhance visual fidelity and narrative impact
• Work with AI image and video generation pipelines including consistency control, inpainting, upscaling, and fine-tuning techniques to achieve desired aesthetic outcomes
• Integrate motion graphics, graphic design elements, and dynamic transitions to enhance the cinematic quality of AI-generated sequences
• Stay at the forefront of AI video innovation by exploring new models, tools, and workflows, and proactively recommending improvements to team processes
• Ensure all final outputs meet brand standards and ethical guidelines as governed by EverAI’s proprietary moderation system, EverGuard
• Deliver high-quality video content on fast iteration cycles, testing, failing, refining, and improving output rapidly in a high-performance remote environment
• Maintain clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional creatives and technical teams in English
• Actively contribute to team knowledge-sharing by documenting workflows, best practices, and tool insights for broader team adoption
• Utilize advanced tools such as ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, and AUTOMATIC1111 for model refinement, LoRA training, and detailed image/video control

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a portfolio demonstrating AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for final editing, compositing, and polish
• Experience maintaining character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
• Comfort working with uncensored models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
• Strong understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, and post-processing techniques
