📋 Description

• Conceptualize narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content based on existing AI character IPs and current production needs, ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows, from initial ideation and prompting through generation, editing, compositing, and final delivery using proprietary AI models and tools
• Utilize cutting-edge AI video platforms such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse to produce high-quality visual sequences with consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended narratives
• Apply advanced techniques to maintain visual fidelity and temporal stability in AI-generated footage, including batching, consistency control, and post-processing workflows
• Integrate motion graphics, color correction, and graphic design elements to enhance narrative impact and ensure polished, cinematic final outputs
• Experiment rapidly with emerging AI video models, tools, and techniques, incorporating viable innovations into standard production pipelines and documenting best practices for team adoption
• Collaborate closely with the Content Lead to align creative direction while maintaining full autonomy in technical execution and artistic decision-making
• Continuously refine and optimize production workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements
• Work with uncensored AI models and produce explicit NSFW visual content in accordance with company guidelines and ethical guardrails provided by EverGuard
• Maintain meticulous attention to pacing, composition, cinematic language, and emotional tone to ensure content resonates with global user base of 50M+ users
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing by documenting workflows, demonstrating new AI techniques, and mentoring peers on AI video production best practices
• Adapt quickly to evolving AI capabilities and industry trends, staying ahead of technological advancements in generative video and applying them to real-time production demands
• Deliver high-volume output under tight iteration cycles, testing, failing, refining, and shipping polished video content within short timelines
• Ensure all video assets meet quality standards for platform distribution across multiple user-facing channels
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance character consistency and narrative depth using AI tools, proposing new creative approaches to content direction
• Work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of creative and technical outcomes from concept to final delivery
• Maintain professional communication and collaboration with remote team members across time zones, ensuring clear alignment and feedback loops

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio featuring AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency in traditional editing tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly and polish
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content
• Comfortable working with uncensored AI models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
