📋 Description

• As a Mid-Senior Full Stack Software Engineer focused on LLM application development, you will lead the evolution of an in-house, production-grade LLM-powered chatbot that drives automation, elevates internal workflows, and enhances employee experience across Allstate’s enterprise.
• Day to day, you will build, extend, and refine mature LLM production applications, deliver new features and architectural improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor peers, and champion best practices for AI-driven development in a high-communication, team-first environment.
• You will join the Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) Org and Employee Experience team, which is building a scalable, vectorized DB-integrated RAG solution to transform how Allstate employees access critical information — part of a 90+ year legacy of innovation in protection and technology.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern AI systems, full-stack development, and enterprise-scale LLM applications while influencing technical direction, raising team standards, and shaping the future of internal AI-powered employee experiences at a Fortune 500 leader.
