📋 Description

• • As Mid-Senior Intellectual Property Counsel, you will serve as a key legal advisor responsible for protecting and managing UAB Oxylabs’ intellectual property assets, ensuring compliance with IP laws and supporting innovation across the company’s web data gathering solutions.
• • Day to day, you will draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements, conduct IP audits, advise on patent and trademark strategies, monitor infringement risks, collaborate with R&D and product teams on IP protection, and support litigation or dispute resolution when needed.
