- • As a Middle Data Engineer based in São Paulo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving data architectures that underpin strategic indicators, organizational goals, and customer engagement initiatives.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and automate robust ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring seamless integration between transactional and analytical systems to provide a unified view of data.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and optimizing sophisticated analytical data models, employing best practices such as Star Schema and Snowflake methodologies to enhance data accessibility and performance.
- • A core part of your role will involve writing and optimizing advanced SQL queries, leveraging techniques like Common Table Expressions (CTEs) and window functions, alongside meticulous performance tuning to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
- • Advanced SQL proficiency (CTEs, window functions, performance optimization).
- • Experience with analytical data modeling (Star Schema and Snowflake).
- • Hands-on experience building and automating ETL/ELT pipelines.
- • Strong Python skills for data processing and automation.
- • Solid experience with cloud data architectures on AWS.
- • Practical experience with Amazon S3 and Redshift and/or Athena.
- • Experience integrating transactional and analytical systems.
- • Strong background in Data Warehousing and Data Lakes.
- • Experience using Git for code versioning.
- • Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and lineage.
- • Ability to translate business requirements into reliable analytical datasets.
- • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- • Prior experience in regulated environments (banks, fintechs, LGPD).
- • Experience with dbt (nice to have).
