• You will contribute directly to projects that seamlessly integrate cutting-edge machine learning models, including large language models (LLMs), to craft personalized user experiences and pioneer innovative features.

• Our robust technology stack includes .NET Core, C#, React.js, Node.js, Typescript, SQL Server 2019, Docker, and Kubernetes, providing a fertile ground for innovation and growth.
• You will engage with a vast and complex ecosystem, comprising 170 connected applications and services, managing a main database of 2 TB, and supporting sites that attract 1 million visitors daily and process 2 billion requests monthly.
• Contribute to a high-velocity development cycle, with frequent releases to production, operating within a mature continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) framework.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to demonstrate and implement strategies for leveraging our infrastructure to achieve their specific objectives, fostering a culture of shared success.
• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring the creation of robust, scalable, and efficient web applications, backend logic modules, and database structures.
• Proactively identify and implement strategic enhancements to bolster the stability, performance, and scalability of our applications and services, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Respond with agility and precision to production incidents, applying creative problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and effectively mitigate potential issues, thereby maintaining service integrity.
• Actively support and mentor fellow team members, cultivating an environment that promotes continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and the pursuit of technical excellence.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring strict adherence to established coding standards and best practices across the entire team, promoting code quality and maintainability.
• Participate actively in the evaluation, selection, and integration of new and emerging technologies, including advanced AI and automation tools, to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and maintain our competitive edge.
• Contribute to the development of features that leverage AI to enhance user interactions and streamline professional service delivery.
• Work with modern front-end frameworks and libraries to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain efficient and reliable backend services and APIs.
• Optimize database queries and schemas for maximum performance and scalability.
• Engage in architectural discussions, contributing to the design of scalable and maintainable systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Extensive experience with React.js, including state management (Redux, Context API) and component-based architecture.
• Proficiency in .NET frameworks, C#, and data access technologies.
• Familiarity with Unit / Integration tests using any of Jest, NUnit, Playwright, React Testing Library.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with database systems such as SQL Server or MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of design and architectural patterns, SOA design & web service development.
• Strong understanding of development processes.
• Experience with LLMs / Generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Copilot, Cursor).
• Degree in Computer Science, a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
