- • The role is a Middle Growth Product Manager (Product Marketing Lead) for MusesAcademy, a lifestyle-focused EdTech product under Futurra Group, driving user acquisition and business growth through data-driven strategies and cross-functional leadership.
- • Day to day, the person will research new market segments, design and optimize user acquisition funnels via continuous experimentation, build scalable systems for consistent results, coordinate with marketing, analytics, development, and product teams, and lead and develop a Product Marketing Manager team.
- • Futurra Group is a Ukrainian multi-product EdTech company specializing in innovative cross-platform products, including MusesAcademy, MathMaster, and a proprietary VPN, with a mission to transform educational apps and support Ukrainian veterans and military through partnerships with the SKELAR foundation.
- • The person can learn to scale a product business through systematic processes, deepen expertise in user psychology and data-driven decision making, grow into a people leadership role, and contribute to meaningful social impact while advancing their career in a product-led IT company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Growth Manager, or Marketing Manager roles
- • Desire to develop in team management
- • Analytical approach and data-driven thinking: ability to work with data for informed decisions and long-term strategy
- • Deep understanding of audience psychology: ability to find the right angles for selling
- • Ability to scale through systems: building processes that deliver consistent results
- • Ability to research market, current trends, and competitors
- • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
