📋 Description

• The Middle Office Manager at Swarmer AI Inc. will take ownership of office and administrative operations, ensuring stable support for the team and improving internal processes in a high-impact defense technology company that develops autonomous drone systems for democratic nations.
• Day to day, the person will organize and maintain an efficient office environment, coordinate document flow and vendor communications, support internal initiatives and team activities, collaborate with Ops, Legal, and Finance teams, and independently resolve operational issues while escalating risks when needed.
• Swarmer AI Inc. is a Kyiv-based defense startup that went public on NASDAQ in March 2026 after a $15M Series A, building battle-tested autonomous drone software used in Ukraine’s defense efforts, where engineering rigor meets frontline reality.
• In this role, the person can learn to manage complex administrative operations in a fast-paced startup, gain cross-functional collaboration experience with legal and finance teams, and directly contribute to optimizing office processes that support mission-critical defense technology development.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in office management, operations, or administrative coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High level of responsibility and self-management
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks
• English level - Intermediate +
