- • Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across key paid channels, with primary focus on Meta Ads and secondary focus on Google Ads, including budget planning, allocation, and scaling without sacrificing ROMI.
- • Own the P&L of the performance marketing channel, tracking and optimizing core metrics: CAC, LTV, payback period, ROAS, and contribution margin.
- • Collaborate with the creative team to develop, brief, and test campaign hypotheses, iterating based on data-driven insights and performance outcomes.
- • Leverage AI tools to automate creative production (e.g., ad copy generation, asset variations, retargeting variants) and analytics workflows (e.g., insight extraction, reporting automation, routine task acceleration).
- • Define and execute A/B tests across campaigns, creatives, landing pages, and quiz funnels to continuously optimize conversion rates and user acquisition efficiency.
- • Partner closely with analytics and product teams to build a closed-loop growth experimentation system that connects marketing performance with product behavior and user retention.
- • Translate campaign hypotheses into clear briefs for designers and motion teams to produce high-performing visual and video assets aligned with performance goals.
- • Build scalable processes and documentation to systematize campaign execution, enabling future team expansion and operational efficiency.
- • Actively explore and test new advertising channels beyond Meta and Google to identify high-potential growth levers for the business.
- • Maintain rigorous reporting standards to communicate marketing impact to stakeholders, linking campaign results directly to business KPIs and unit economics.
- • Drive a culture of curiosity and experimentation, consistently proposing hypotheses and test plans rather than awaiting direction.
- • Work in a hybrid model from either the Kyiv or Warsaw office, utilizing on-site amenities including breakfast, lunch, walking paths, and silent focus rooms.
- • Participate in internal training programs and collaborate with top-tier experts from Ukraine and globally to accelerate professional growth.
- • Contribute to the company’s mission of becoming the #1 brand for athletes and active individuals in the U.S. market by scaling digital coaching through performance marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, analytics, or a closely related field.
- • Proven experience managing advertising budgets and reporting on business-impacting metrics such as CAC, LTV, payback, and ROAS.
- • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads or a strong analytical foundation to quickly ramp up in the platform.
- • Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as SQL, Looker, or Amplitude.
- • Genuine interest in and prior experimentation with AI tools for marketing automation and creative optimization.
- • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
