📋 Description

• As a Product Marketing Lead for MusesAcademy, you will drive new growth points for the business by organizing team efforts to build the most effective user acquisition funnels and researching and launching new business directions, creating systems that deliver consistent results and support scalable growth.
• Day to day, you will research new growth avenues through market, trend, and competitor analysis; build high-performing user acquisition flows via continuous experimentation grounded in deep user psychology and pain points; create systems that deliver results through process efficiency rather than luck; coordinate with cross-functional teams in marketing, analytics, development, and product to bridge the user journey from ad click to product engagement; and lead and develop the Product Marketing team, fostering conditions for ongoing growth and professional development.
• Futurra Group is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company specializing in EdTech, developing and promoting innovative cross-platform products. The company builds a strong team of talented individuals dedicated to transforming the future of educational apps, with products including MusesAcademy (a lifestyle learning platform for women), MathMaster (an AI-powered math learning app), and a cross-platform VPN service. Futurra Group actively supports Ukraine through partnerships with the SKELAR foundation, providing educational opportunities and career consultations for veterans and their families on a volunteer basis.
• In this role, you will learn to think strategically and scale impact through data-driven decision-making, build and lead a high-performing product marketing team, master user behavior, and create repeatable, system-based growth processes that directly contribute to the company’s mission of scaling educational impact globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Growth Manager, or Marketing Manager roles
• Desire to develop in team leadership and management
• Analytical mindset and data-driven thinking: ability to work with data for informed decisions and long-term strategy
• Deep understanding of audience psychology: ability to identify the right angles for selling
• Ability to scale through systems: building processes that deliver consistent results
• Ability to research market, current trends, and competitors
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
