• • This position requires you to actively participate in all phases of client engagements, from initial scoping and planning through to successful delivery and post-implementation support.

• • A core technical focus will be on designing, developing, and managing Kafka-based data pipelines, crucial for real-time data processing and analytics.
• • You will provide in-depth issue analysis for Kafka applications, proactively identifying and resolving problems to maintain data integrity and flow.
• • Monitoring Kafka performance and troubleshooting issues will be essential to minimize downtime and guarantee uninterrupted data movement, thereby enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency for clients.
• • As part of a geographically distributed team, you will participate in an on-call rotation, providing 24x7x365 production support and responding urgently to critical customer issues.
• • You will practice sustainable incident response methodologies and conduct blameless postmortems to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• • Your expertise will extend to domains such as microservices, API management, web-scale architectures, DevOps engineering, and application delivery, particularly using Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.
• • You will actively collaborate with Red Hat and the broader open-source community to engineer innovative software solutions that empower our customers' digital transformation.
• • You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle challenging technical and business problems in novel ways.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to train and coach team members, sharing your technical expertise and developing their non-technical skills to foster team growth.
• • You are expected to remain an active coder throughout your engagements, maintaining deep, hands-on technical knowledge of container management systems (CMSs), application infrastructure, architectures, and development solutions.
• • You will support Red Hat's presales and post-sales field teams by participating in workshops, proofs of concept, pilot projects, and production deployments, providing crucial technical expertise.
