- • As a Migration Automation Software Engineer at Archy Inc., you will design, build, and optimize automated workflows that streamline the onboarding process for new dental practice customers, ensuring seamless and reliable data migration onto the Archy platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building, modifying, and debugging robust automation workflows using C#, .NET, and PowerShell; implementing custom scripting and orchestration processes; leveraging AI tools like Claude to accelerate development while maintaining architectural ownership; collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system bottlenecks; monitoring and validating complex ETL processes; troubleshooting live automated routines; and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for stakeholders.
- • Archy is a Series B vertical SaaS company revolutionizing dental practice management by providing AI-powered software that enables dental providers to focus on patient care while Archy handles the technical operations of running a practice.
- • In this role, you will directly impact customer onboarding velocity and platform success by ensuring data migrations are fast, secure, and bulletproof, while gaining deep expertise in enterprise ETL, automation orchestration, and AI-augmented software development in a high-growth SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- • 2–5 years of software development experience with strong emphasis on clean, quality automation code using C# and .NET frameworks
- • Proven ability to write, debug, and optimize complex PowerShell scripts for environment and process orchestration
- • Strong hands-on experience with SQL databases, schema mapping, and complex data querying/scripting
- • Ability to quickly analyze unfamiliar third-party software packages and adapt workflows to changing technical requirements
- • Familiarity with enterprise software onboarding, ETL processes, or extensive data migration pipelines is a plus
