📋 Description

• As a Mission Solutions Manager - Network at Reveal Tech, Inc., you will be at the forefront of integrating and deploying cutting-edge networked mission systems that empower operators in the most challenging environments. This is a highly technical, hands-on role where you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our software, edge compute solutions, sensors, mobile devices, and critical communication links. You will own the technical integration lifecycle, from initial setup and configuration to ongoing sustainment and field support, playing a pivotal role in the success of our defense, security, and public safety missions.
• Your primary responsibility will be to architect, implement, and maintain robust and resilient network infrastructures that support Reveal's advanced software platforms, including Farsight, Identifi, Chronos, and Anomaly 6. This involves a deep understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software interoperability, ensuring that our solutions perform optimally in disconnected, remote, and extreme operational theaters.
• You will be tasked with integrating a diverse range of components, including ruggedized edge computing devices, specialized sensors, user-friendly mobile applications, and secure communication systems. This requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying potential integration challenges early in the process and developing effective mitigation strategies.
• A significant aspect of this role involves providing direct field support to our customers. This includes participating in customer operations, conducting rigorous tests and demonstrations, and troubleshooting complex technical issues in real-time. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver effective solutions in high-stakes situations will be critical to building and maintaining customer trust.
• You will collaborate closely with our engineering, product, and sales teams to translate customer requirements into actionable technical plans. This cross-functional collaboration ensures that our solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with market needs and strategic objectives.
• This role demands a proactive and self-sufficient individual who can take ownership of technical integration tasks and drive them to successful completion with minimal supervision. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our product suite and its application in various mission scenarios.
• You will be responsible for the configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of network devices, servers, and other infrastructure components required for our mission systems. This includes setting up IP addressing, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and other network services to ensure secure and efficient data flow.
• Troubleshooting and debugging network issues will be a core part of your daily activities. You will utilize a variety of diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root cause of problems and implement timely resolutions, minimizing downtime and impact on mission operations.
• You will contribute to the development of technical documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and best practice recommendations, to support both internal teams and external customers.
• Staying abreast of the latest advancements in networking technology, edge computing, and tactical communications is essential. You will leverage this knowledge to continuously improve our solutions and maintain Reveal's position at the cutting edge of the industry.
• The ability to adapt to rapidly changing mission requirements and operational environments is paramount. You will be expected to be flexible and resourceful, capable of reconfiguring systems and adapting solutions on the fly to meet evolving demands.
• You will play a key role in ensuring the security of our networked systems, implementing and enforcing security policies, and responding to potential security threats.

• You will be a key technical advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on network design, system integration, and operational best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in network engineering, systems integration, or a related technical field, with a strong emphasis on deploying and managing complex networked systems.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF), network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls), and wireless communication technologies (Wi-Fi, cellular, satellite).
• Experience with edge computing platforms and deploying applications in resource-constrained environments.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices for securing network infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently and provide effective solutions in high-pressure situations.
