• Are you a highly technical and hands-on professional with a passion for Radio Frequency (RF) systems and their application in challenging operational environments? Reveal Technology, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Mission Solutions Manager - RF to join our innovative team. As a rapidly growing startup revolutionizing field operations for defense, security, and public safety missions, we provide cutting-edge software tools and intelligence to operators in remote, disconnected, and extreme environments. Our mission is to be the Digital Arms Room for the Modern Warrior, delivering tactical intelligence and automation platforms for physical, human, and digital terrain at the edge.
• In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with the end-to-end integration, deployment, and sustainment of our sophisticated RF-centric mission systems. This encompasses a wide range of technologies, including RF hardware, advanced sensors, powerful edge compute devices, mobile platforms, and robust communications links. You will be at the forefront of ensuring our solutions perform optimally in the most demanding scenarios, where time is compressed, information is contested, and precision is paramount.
• Your responsibilities will extend beyond initial setup; you will be a key player in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues with minimal supervision, demonstrating a deep understanding of RF principles and system interdependencies. This hands-on approach is critical to our success and to providing our customers with reliable, high-performance solutions.
• You will also play a crucial role in providing direct field support for our customers during critical operations, tests, and demonstrations. This involves being ready to deploy, adapt, and ensure the seamless functioning of our systems in real-world scenarios. Your ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, from engineers to end-users, will be essential.
• The Mission Solutions Manager - RF will leverage Reveal's flagship products, including Farsight, our 3D processing and mission planning platform that transforms complex terrain into operational advantage, and Identifi, our secure identity verification solution designed for rapid, trusted identification in dynamic environments. You will also work with capabilities strengthened by our 2026 expansion, including Chronos and Anomaly 6, further enhancing our offerings across the modern battlefield.
• This role requires a proactive and problem-solving mindset. You will be expected to take ownership of RF integration tasks, from initial concept and design validation through to deployment and ongoing support. This includes conducting thorough testing, performing system diagnostics, and implementing solutions to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
• You will collaborate closely with our engineering, product, and sales teams to provide critical feedback from the field, helping to shape the future development of our RF solutions. Your insights will be invaluable in identifying areas for improvement and innovation, ensuring that Reveal remains at the cutting edge of tactical intelligence and automation.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of RF propagation, signal processing, antenna theory, and wireless communication protocols. Experience with spectrum analysis tools, RF test equipment, and common integration challenges in tactical environments is highly desirable.

• Experience with RF test equipment and spectrum analysis tools.
