  • • As a Support Employee at Everfield AG’s Matrix POS division, you will serve as the primary technical and operational bridge between gastronomy professionals and cutting-edge digital POS solutions, directly enabling restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences through reliable technology support.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone, providing competent and empathetic assistance with Matrix POS® system inquiries; performing 1st level technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues quickly and reliably; supporting customers through remote troubleshooting using tools like TeamViewer and video conferencing to address connectivity, configuration, and usability challenges; collaborating closely with 2nd and 3rd level support teams to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution; and conducting hands-on training sessions for restaurant staff and managers to ensure smooth adoption and optimal use of the POS system in daily operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Completed vocational training in gastronomy, hospitality, or catering, or equivalent professional experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments.
  • • Strong interest in digital tools and software, with enthusiasm for learning new systems and adapting to technological innovations in the POS and SaaS space.
  • • Excellent communication skills in German (native or fluent) and fluent English, with a service-oriented mindset and natural ability to assist customers with patience and clarity.
  • • Proven problem-solving aptitude, a helpful attitude, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting gastronomy businesses in optimizing their technical systems.
  • • Willingness to work on-site at least 3 days per week in Hannover, fostering close collaboration with the support team in a hybrid work environment.
