- • Architect and own the data backbone that fuels Titan’s next-generation AI platform for banking. You will design, build, and scale the ingestion, transformation, and serving layers that turn raw financial data into real-time, low-latency intelligence for 4,000+ U.S. banks.
- • Build and maintain high-throughput APIs, microservices, and middleware that expose ML and LLM models to downstream banking applications. Your systems must guarantee 99.9 % uptime while serving hundreds of thousands of predictions per second under strict regulatory latency SLAs.
- • Implement bullet-proof validation, observability, and monitoring frameworks that give ML scientists, risk officers, and regulators full traceability of every data point and model decision. You will define golden signals, anomaly detection rules, and automated rollback triggers that keep the platform compliant and trustworthy.
- • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with ML researchers to convert cutting-edge experiments into hardened, production-grade services. You will refactor notebooks into scalable pipelines, optimize feature stores, and ensure seamless integration with Titan Foundry’s secure gateway and Banking-Reasoning Models.
- • Continuously evaluate and re-engineer ETL and model-serving pipelines for cost efficiency, speed, and reliability. Expect to shave milliseconds off inference latency, cut cloud spend through intelligent caching and batching, and future-proof architectures for multi-region failover.
- • Design and operate CI/CD pipelines that automate the entire model lifecycle—data validation, training, testing, canary deployment, and instant rollback—while satisfying SOC 2 and banking regulatory requirements. You will champion GitOps, infrastructure-as-code, and reproducible builds.
- • Serve as the go-to expert and mentor on data engineering patterns, MLOps best practices, and scalable system design. You will lead internal tech talks, pair program with junior engineers, and write runbooks that turn tribal knowledge into institutional memory.
- • Influence product strategy by translating complex technical trade-offs into clear narratives for founders, ex-regulators, and bank executives. Your dashboards and post-mortems will directly shape Titan’s roadmap and customer commitments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, ML engineering, or similar production-focused roles
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or equivalent industry track record
- • Expert-level Python and SQL; proven ability to ship and maintain data or ML services in 24/7 production environments
- • Production experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers
- • Demonstrated success deploying agentic AI systems, complex orchestration flows, or large-scale model-serving infrastructure
- • Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, and API design patterns
