- • You will join a high-velocity, high-trust, high-impact data team within a mission-driven organization focused on transforming workforce development through AI. The company operates with a bootstrapped origin and venture-backed growth, serving government agencies, employers, and workforce intermediaries across the US and Canada.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in production ML systems, influence architectural decisions at a senior level, and have the opportunity to mentor and level up a small data and engineering team while shaping the foundation of FutureFit AI’s MLOps practice.

- • Genuinely hands-on experience implementing fixes in the codebase as well as creating design documents
- • Deep experience building and operating production data pipelines and ML workflows at scale
- • Fluency with the modern data and ML stack and cloud infrastructure it runs on
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to work on a mission-driven platform addressing economic inequality and workforce development
- • Flexible remote work arrangement across the US and Canada, with optional hybrid access to Toronto office
- • Potential for six-month contract with conversion to full-time or direct full-time hire
- • Exposure to a modern tech stack including AWS, Airflow, dbt, SageMaker, Looker, and more
- • Chance to mentor and level up a small data and engineering team while building MLOps best practices
- • Structured hiring process with performance challenge and clear timelines, typically completed in ~6 weeks
