🎯 Requirements
- • Strong professional experience in at least one mobile ecosystem (iOS or Android), typically equivalent to around 6 years of hands-on development work
- • Solid practical experience with platform-specific tools and languages: for iOS — Swift, UIKit, Reactive Programming; for Android — Java, Kotlin; experience with SwiftUI is considered a plus
- • Demonstrated ownership mindset in testing and quality assurance, including responsibility for the full development cycle and experience with production app monitoring and troubleshooting
- • Consultative mindset with experience engaging multiple stakeholders to solve ambiguous, complex problems in team settings
- • Fluent verbal and written English for international collaboration; Finnish language skills are seen as an advantage
- • Willingness to work in a hybrid model balancing office, client sites, and remote work, with teams typically spending 2–3 days per week at the office
