📋 Description

  • Are you a forward-thinking, people-focused HR professional with a passion for creating positive employee experiences and a knack for attracting top talent? CommuniCare Health Services, a rapidly expanding healthcare provider with over 130 facilities across six states, is seeking a dynamic and creative Mobile Employee Life Cycle (HR) Manager to join our dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within our West Virginia operations, providing essential HR support where it's needed most.
  • As a Mobile ELCM HR Manager, you will be a vital resource, deployed to locations requiring additional HR expertise or to fill temporary vacancies. This role is designed for an individual who thrives on variety, possesses strong HR acumen, and is driven by a desire to foster a supportive and engaging work environment. You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience from recruitment through retention, ensuring our facilities are staffed with individuals who embody CommuniCare's core values and feel deeply connected to our mission.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to lead focused and professional recruitment efforts. This involves developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract the right candidates for the right roles, ensuring a robust talent pipeline that meets the evolving needs of our facilities. You will be the face of CommuniCare to potential employees, showcasing our commitment to exceptional care and creating a compelling employer brand.
  • Beyond recruitment, you will champion consistent and positive employee engagement initiatives. This means actively working to build a cohesive and motivated workforce that understands and lives CommuniCare's core values. Your efforts will ensure that every team member feels respected, valued, and an integral part of the CommuniCare family, contributing to a culture of belonging and mutual support.
  • A critical aspect of this role is ensuring unwavering regulatory legal compliance. You will be responsible for staying abreast of and implementing all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they pertain to human resources and employment. This includes maintaining accurate records, developing compliant policies, and advising facility leadership on best practices to mitigate risk and ensure a fair and equitable workplace for all.
  • Furthermore, you will play a key role in employee retention by recognizing and addressing factors that contribute to turnover. By implementing effective recognition programs and fostering a positive work environment, you will work to minimize turnover, ensuring continuity of care and preserving institutional knowledge within our facilities.
  • You will also serve as a crucial support system for facility managers. By handling key HR functions and providing expert guidance, you will empower managers to focus on their core responsibilities: leading their teams and delivering the exceptional, person-centered care that CommuniCare is known for. Your partnership will enable them to cultivate a culture where their people are recognized as the true agents of the special care we provide.
  • This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to be based near any of our West Virginia centers. While remote, travel will be required for necessary meetings and to support facilities as needed. You will be part of a fast-growing organization that values innovation, continuous improvement, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of both residents and employees. If you are ready to leverage your HR expertise to make a tangible difference in a supportive and mission-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.
  • CommuniCare Health Services is more than just a healthcare provider; we are a family-owned company dedicated to creating 'Caring Communities' where everyone feels valued and supported. Since 1984, we have been a national leader in post-acute care, offering a comprehensive continuum of services. Our mission, 'to serve with pride,' is at the heart of everything we do, driving us to deliver exceptional care and create enriching environments for residents, patients, and our dedicated employees. Join us and contribute to a legacy of compassionate care and professional excellence.
