• • As a Mobility Specialist at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will play a critical role in enabling seamless global employment by ensuring employees transition smoothly across borders while adhering to local immigration laws and providing comprehensive relocation support.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance, managing visa and work permit applications, monitoring regulatory changes, handling escalations, supporting business travel and sponsorship cases, maintaining case management systems, and driving process improvements through automation and documentation.
• • You will join Remote’s Onboarding and Mobility team, a globally distributed group dedicated to building a world-class talent community by solving complex international employment challenges with innovation, compliance, and a customer-first mindset.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global immigration law, gain experience in scalable tech-driven HR operations, and contribute directly to Remote’s mission of making global work compliant, accessible, and equitable—while developing leadership in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
