• • As a Mobility Specialist - EMEA at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will play a critical role in enabling global talent mobility by ensuring seamless, compliant transitions for employees across borders, directly supporting Remote’s mission to simplify international employment.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance, managing visa and work permit applications, monitoring regulatory changes, maintaining case management systems, handling escalations, and advising on business travel and sponsorship cases while strengthening client and stakeholder relationships.
• • You will join Remote’s Onboarding and Mobility team, a globally distributed, mission-driven group focused on building best-in-class global mobility solutions, where innovation, autonomy, and asynchronous work are core to the culture.
