- • The Mobility Specialist - EMEA role at Remote Technologies Inc. is critical to ensuring seamless global employment by managing immigration compliance, relocation logistics, and cross-border employee transitions, directly supporting the company’s mission to enable compliant international hiring.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance, managing visa and work permit applications, monitoring regulatory changes, handling escalations, maintaining case management systems, and improving processes through automation and documentation while serving as a key point of contact for business travel and sponsorship.
- • The Mobility team operates within Remote’s global, fully remote-first culture, collaborating across time zones to build best-in-class HR solutions, with a strong emphasis on innovation, autonomy, and asynchronous work practices.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global immigration law, gain experience scaling mobility programs in a high-growth tech environment, and contribute to process innovation while working with diverse stakeholders across EMEA and beyond.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles with a focus on immigration procedures
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain composure and efficiency under pressure
- • Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously with minimal oversight
- • Demonstrated customer-facing experience with strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse client bases
- • Interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws and developing expertise in the field
- • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
