- • As a Mobility Specialist - EMEA at Remote Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in enabling seamless global employment by ensuring employees transition smoothly across borders while adhering to local immigration laws and providing comprehensive relocation support. Your work directly contributes to Remote’s mission of building a worldwide talent community and maintaining compliance in remote work and business travel.
- • Day to day, you will provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance, monitor and control internal products and services for adherence, manage visa and work permit applications, maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving immigration laws, handle escalations with stakeholders, guide employees on travel and sponsorship needs, manage case statuses using internal systems, and continuously improve processes through automation and documentation.
- • You will join the Mobility team within Remote’s Onboarding and Mobility division, a globally distributed team committed to innovation, asynchronous work, and building best-in-class HR solutions.
