📋 Description

• • As a Mortgage Sales Recruiter at CrossCountry Mortgage, you will play a critical role in driving talent acquisition for loan officers, mortgage bankers, branch managers, and sales leaders across a nationwide network of over 700 branches, directly supporting the company’s growth as the nation’s top distributed retail mortgage lender.
• • Day to day, you will partner with executive VPs, regional managers, directors, and branch managers to identify, interview, and hire top-producing talent; develop recruitment action plans with measurable metrics; conduct passive candidate searches using Boolean logic, cold calling, and networking; maintain candidate pipelines; and provide weekly updates on recruiting progress to leadership.
