- • Develop strong clinical relationships with top academic medical centers in the market and contribute to building GE’s credibility through excellent customer interaction.
- • Continuous interaction with key clinical, research and administrative decision makers to understand primary objectives and pain points.
- • Champion assimilation and use of advanced system features and imaging techniques; optimize adoption and satisfaction.
- • Consult with radiologists by disease site on an ongoing basis to optimize image quality.
- • Optimize protocols to achieve best possible image quality on scanners.
- • Assist in standardization across installed system base.
- • Partner with department leaders to increase efficiency.
- • Identify training needs and opportunities among technologists and physicians.
- • Assist with introducing new offerings/studies; Assist customer in adopting and advancing new product (NPI) features and imaging techniques to meet clinical and research needs.
- • Liaise closely with account team to ensure optimal alignment and communication to drive customer satisfaction.
- • Partner with the SBU (Strategic Business Unit) and Modality teams to provide insights of customer learnings and competition; provide a feedback loop to SBU and Modality teams on product performance at assigned academic sites.
- • Act as focal point for modality team, identify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests.
- • Establish and drive relations, collaboration, and partnerships with all department/relevant stakeholders; engage with key opinion leaders on progress made and gain consensus on next steps/actions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associate degree or equivalent and 5+ years of MRI technical/clinical industry experience; plus, ARRT certification.
- • Applicants must reside or be willing to relocate to the San Diego area. Relocation Assistance is available for this role.
- • Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry.
- • Ability to travel 10% of the time by air or car within the region assigned.
- • Demonstrated clinical skills, viewed as subject matter expert, to include advanced applications in respective modality.
- • Excellent interpersonal skills; interest in and aptitude for close customer interaction.
