- • The MSP Aggregation Lead EMEA role is critical to driving growth and scalability of Commvault’s managed service provider (MSP) partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa by building and refining an aggregation platform that enables consistent, programmatic engagement with key partners.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and developing MSP aggregator relationships, driving MRR and ARR growth targets, aligning with sales and channel teams, building go-to-market strategies, forecasting performance in SFDC, and enabling local teams with localized operational plans and GTM messaging.
- • Commvault is a global leader in cyber resilience, empowering organizations to protect, secure, and recover data across any workload or cloud with an AI-powered platform that delivers low TCO and high resilience, trusted by over 100,000 organizations and a vast partner ecosystem for more than 25 years.
- • In this role, the individual will develop strategic partnership models, deepen executive-level relationships with MSPs, influence cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class partner experiences, and gain expertise in scaling ARR-driven business models within complex, multi-region channel ecosystems.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of direct experience working with MSPs and understanding of MRR/ARR business models
- • Proven channel or distribution experience, preferably in a two-tier model
- • Demonstrated builder mentality with ability to create and scale partner programs from the ground up
- • Required knowledge of cyber, backup, or business continuity (BC) solutions
- • EMEA-wide experience preferred but not essential; degree preferred but not mandatory
