📋 Description
- • As an MSP Partner Manager at Eye Security, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s cybersecurity footprint across the Netherlands by building and scaling a strategic network of Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners. This role is critical to Eye Security’s mission of making enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes, particularly through trusted local partners who deliver integrated security and cyber insurance solutions. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening the digital resilience of European organizations by enabling broader market reach and faster adoption of Eye’s innovative security platform.
- • You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new MSP partners in the Dutch market, guiding them through the full partnership lifecycle—from initial outreach and negotiation to contract finalization, technical onboarding, and joint business planning. This includes developing tailored go-to-market strategies, co-creating marketing campaigns, and enabling partners with the tools, training, and support needed to successfully sell and implement Eye Security’s solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between Eye Security and its partners, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and performance metrics while fostering trust-based, long-term relationships.
- • Day-to-day, you will manage a growing pipeline of partner opportunities, conduct regular partner business reviews, and collaborate with internal teams in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless partner enablement and joint value creation. You will represent Eye Security at industry events, trade fairs, and partner conferences across the Netherlands, positioning the company as a trusted leader in cybersecurity with embedded cyber insurance. Your entrepreneurial mindset will drive you to proactively seek out new partner segments, uncover untapped market opportunities, and adapt strategies based on feedback and performance data.
- • You will work closely with the broader Sales and Marketing teams to align partner initiatives with overall company objectives, ensuring consistent messaging, effective lead handoff, and coordinated campaign execution. This cross-functional collaboration will allow you to leverage internal expertise in threat intelligence, product development, and customer success to enhance partner offerings and improve customer outcomes. Your role will require a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong interpersonal skills to navigate complex partner ecosystems and drive mutual growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in building and expanding partner ecosystems, specifically with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), or in driving new business through channel sales in a SaaS, software, or technology environment.
- • Strong commercial acumen with a hunter mindset—demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, initiate conversations, and close deals independently.
- • Background in software or SaaS sales; prior experience in cybersecurity is advantageous but not required.
- • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders effectively.
- • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) and a good command of English.
- • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly within the Netherlands for partner meetings, events, and on-site engagements.
