- • Plan and execute MSP-focused expansion campaigns to drive product adoption, upsell/cross-sell, and long-term partner growth across Blackpoint Cyber’s existing MSP partner base.
- • Build and manage email nurture programs tailored to MSP partners at different stages of the lifecycle, ensuring consistent and targeted communication.
- • Lead MSP-exclusive initiatives including webinars, campaigns, and value-driven programs in collaboration with Product Marketing and Content Marketing teams.
- • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop and distribute MSP-facing sales and marketing resources that support partner growth and enablement.
- • Work closely with Account Management and Customer Success teams to align marketing programs with MSP partner needs, lifecycle milestones, and retention goals.
- • Support communications to MSP partners regarding product updates, new programs, and key company initiatives.
- • Partner with the RevOps team to execute campaigns using HubSpot, track performance metrics, and identify insights for optimization.
- • Manage multiple marketing projects and timelines simultaneously to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality execution.
- • Report on program performance using data-driven metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, adoption, and partner success.
- • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns reflect value-based messaging that resonates with MSP partners and drives measurable business outcomes.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of the MSP partner lifecycle and apply that knowledge to design programs that support adoption, growth, and retention.
- • Serve as the primary marketing liaison between Blackpoint Cyber and its MSP partner ecosystem, ensuring consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
- • Continuously refine marketing strategies based on campaign performance, partner feedback, and evolving market dynamics within the cybersecurity space.
- • Contribute to the development of KPIs and success measures for MSP partner marketing initiatives, ensuring accountability and measurable impact.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance partner engagement through innovative marketing tactics and improved enablement content.
- • Maintain organizational rigor in campaign documentation, asset management, and cross-team alignment to ensure scalability and repeatability of programs.
- • Represent the MSP partner voice within marketing strategy discussions, advocating for programs that address real partner challenges and priorities.
- • Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and support Blackpoint Cyber’s mission of delivering national security-grade cybersecurity solutions to commercial customers.
