📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain MuleSoft APIs and integrations supporting Salesforce applications, enterprise shared services, and external systems.
• Build integration flows using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, incorporating API-led connectivity, reusable services, connectors, data transformations, error handling, and logging.
• Implement Salesforce integration patterns including REST APIs, event-driven integrations, data synchronization, authentication, authorization, and secure data exchange.
• Collaborate with architects, Salesforce developers, business analysts, testers, and client stakeholders to translate integration requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Participate fully in Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning.
• Apply DevSecOps practices by preparing integration components for deployment, resolving defects, supporting automated testing, addressing security findings, and maintaining traceability across development and release artifacts.
• Support release activities such as deployment preparation, validation, production readiness, rollback planning, release documentation, and post-release support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents including integration defects, failed transactions, data mismatches, API performance degradation, and system failures in coordination with application, security, and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including API specifications, interface designs, data mappings, integration diagrams, configuration notes, and operational support procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of integration practices by enhancing reusable APIs, optimizing performance, improving monitoring and logging, strengthening error handling, and refining security and operational support processes.
• Work within the constraints of a regulated federal environment, adhering to formal change control, security protocols, privacy requirements, Section 508 compliance, and documentation standards.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with ICF’s location policies: employee work must be conducted within the United States, with no access from foreign locations or IP addresses, and no use of personal VPNs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience supporting application development, systems integration, or enterprise software implementations
• 2+ years of experience designing and developing integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• MuleSoft Certified Developer certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance or equivalent client-required background investigation
• Must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and perform all work within the US; must have lived in the US for 3 full years out of the last 5 years
