Your classroom and examiner expertise will directly influence how thousands of teachers teach and hundreds of thousands of students learn.
• • Own the quality and integrity of MYP-aligned content. You will author, review, and refine rigorous materials in Integrated Science, Biology, Chemistry, and/or Mathematics, ensuring every question, explanation, and activity meets IB MYP standards and drives measurable learner outcomes.
• • Guide AI-supported workflows with human insight. You will train, prompt-test, and validate AI-generated content, translating your deep subject knowledge into clear guidelines that keep algorithms accurate, inclusive, and pedagogically sound.
• • Collaborate in cross-functional squads. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Learning Experience Designers, Engineers, and Delivery Managers in agile sprints, turning complex curriculum requirements into elegant, scalable learning assets delivered at speed.
• • Iterate relentlessly. Use data, teacher feedback, and learner analytics to continuously improve content and processes, championing evidence-based decisions that raise the bar for quality and engagement.
• • Champion teacher and student success. Draw on your own classroom or examining experience to surface real-world pain points, ensuring every feature and piece of content solves an authentic instructional need.
• • Experiment with emerging tools. Pilot new AI capabilities—prompt engineering, fine-tuning, automated tagging—to unlock creative possibilities and accelerate production without sacrificing rigor.
• • Influence product strategy. Share subject-specific insights in roadmap sessions, helping Kognity prioritize features that maximize learning impact across diverse international contexts.
• • Maintain the gold standard of assessment. Design and vet formative and summative tasks that mirror MYP criteria, giving teachers confidence that Kognity prepares students for eAssessment success.
• • Document and share best practices. Create style guides, exemplars, and training resources that scale your expertise across the content team and embed quality at every step of the workflow.
• • Embrace a culture of learning. Participate in fortnightly guilds, retros, and peer reviews where constructive critique fuels rapid professional growth and keeps the entire team at the forefront of EdTech innovation.
